1. Acceptance and age

By creating an account and using Natus, the user acknowledges these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Sensitive personal data is processed only after specific consent. Natus is intended only for people aged 18 or older.

2. Purpose

Natus is a tool for recording, organizing, storing, displaying, synchronizing, and enabling authorized sharing of cycle and fertility-awareness observations. Natus records and organizes; the user observes, interprets, and decides.

3. Product boundaries

Natus does not automatically interpret fertility signs, predict ovulation or a fertile window, determine fertile or infertile days, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or recommend intercourse, abstinence, conception, or contraception.

4. User observations and methods

Users are responsible for their own observations and the accuracy of information they choose to enter. If a user follows a fertility awareness method, the user is responsible for learning and applying that method appropriately. The availability of a marker, color, rule label, or symbol does not mean Natus validated its use in a specific case.

5. Health and reproductive decisions

Decisions about health, pregnancy, family planning, or intimate life belong to the users. For diagnosis or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional. For instruction in a fertility awareness method, consult a properly qualified instructor or organization when appropriate.

6. Lumina Digital responsibility

User responsibility for observations, entries, interpretations, and decisions does not exclude responsibilities imposed on Lumina Digital by applicable law for the service it provides. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Husband participation

The tracking owner may authorize her husband to participate. Both are informed that the tracking may contain sensitive fertility, health, and intimate-life data. Each person must use their own account. Authorized records entered by the husband may become part of the shared canonical tracking according to current permissions.

8. Voice, reports, offline operation and reminders

Voice recognition is an optional input mechanism and transcriptions should be reviewed. Reports organize information provided by users and are not medical reports, diagnoses, prescriptions, fertility certificates, or professional opinions. Natus may store information locally and synchronize later. Reminders are auxiliary and are not medical alerts.

9. Account security

Users must protect passwords and devices and must not share credentials to bypass access controls.

10. Consent withdrawal and account deletion

Sensitive-data consent may be withdrawn. For the tracking owner, withdrawal removes the owned tracking and dependent data while the account may remain active. For the husband, withdrawal removes his relationship and access while preserving the owner’s tracking. Account deletion is a separate operation and follows the consequences described in the Privacy Policy and account-deletion page.

11. Independent product

Natus is an independent recording and organization tool. Unless expressly stated under formal authorization, Natus is not affiliated with, sponsored, certified, or approved by CENPLAFAM WOOMB Brasil, WOOMB International, or other fertility-awareness teaching organizations.

12. Third-party methods and materials

References to fertility awareness methods do not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, educational materials, rules, texts, or copyrighted content to Natus. Natus does not replace instruction offered by the respective organizations or qualified instructors.

13. Prohibited use

Users may not access another person’s information without authorization, share credentials to bypass controls, deliberately exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, harass other people, or use information obtained through Natus unlawfully.

14. Availability

Natus may experience interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, provider outages, or device failures. Natus must not be used as an emergency service.

15. Intellectual property and future commercial features

The Natus brand, software, original design, original text, and other protected elements belong to their respective rights holders. Natus may later offer paid features, subscriptions, or promotions. Sensitive fertility, health, or intimate-life data must not be used for behavioral advertising.

16. Changes, governing law and contact

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, functionality, or applicable law. They are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Contact: suporte@luminadigital.app.
